nippers 2Surf Life Saving Central Coast have benefited from the donation of two water rescue craft (jet ski’s) from the Freemasons of the Central coast these Jet Ski’s will allow the life savers to travel quickly between all Central Coast beaches to quickly reach an emergency.

Freemasons and Masonicare help Gosfords Childrens Hospital

intouch oct12Gosford Royal Arch and Masonicare presented $3,200 to the Gosford Hospital Children’s Section..
The necessity for this hospital to have different and specialised equipment designed especially for each age group for children suffering serious illnesses  and injury touched the hearts of many who supported our cause.

David Walker (member of Gosford Royal Arch ) said “ he was amazed at the support we received in this fundraiser and I think the realisation of the fact children do get serious illnesses, is now more prominent.”

The Gosford Royal Arch would like to thank Masonicare for their support , Freemasons on the Central Coast and individual members of Masonic districts throughout the Sydney and Newcastle areas who contributed to this worthwhile cause.

Ronald McDonald House Newcastle receive $20,000

Ronald McDonaldDistrict 41 Masonic Associations & Masonicare presented a cheque for $20,000 to Ronald McDonald House, Newcastle at a recent Charity dinner hosted by D41 Masonic Associations. Mr. & Mrs. Ross and Rohan Bingham were present to receive the cheques on behalf of Ronald McDonald House.

After the presentation Mr. Bingham explained what Ronald McDonald House does for the children who have a troubling time with illness and how it helps their parents to be able to stay at Ronald McDonald House, not being separated by long distances eases the anxiety of the patients. He also thanked all of the Freemasons of District 41 & Masonicare for their support, kindness and charitable efforts in raising the incredible donation.
