We are pleased to announce that the Masonicare Board approved the following Interaction Grant applications at their recent Bi- monthly meeting.

 

Ten (10) Grants were submitted and all were approved at February Board Meeting.

  1. Holroyd Chapter No 30 – R3/D31 ­­­­à $2,000 -  Parramatta Mission
    Provide support and accommodation for country families who have ill children attending to Westmead Hospital;      
  2. Lodge Commonwealth of Australia No 633 –R10/D103à$5,000 - Snowy Hydro SouthCare Rescue Helicopter   
                    
    Individual rescue and relief specifically to increase flight reserve of the service to cope with all regional emergencies;
  3. Coffs Harbour Freemasons Association – R1/D52à$1,200 - Coffs Harbour Freemasons Association
    To Purchase a Automatic External Defibrillator for the public use and to hold training sessions with the public

  4. Coffs Harbour Freemasons Association – R1/D52à$5,000-CanDo Cancer Trust (music in the park) 
    Assisting cancer patients attending Coffs Harbour cancer Institute who are having difficulty meeting their financial requirements

  5. Coffs Harbour Freemasons Association – R1/D52à$5,000 - CanDo Cancer Trust (music in the park)
    Assisting cancer patients attending Coffs Harbour cancer Institute who are having difficulty meeting their financial requirements;

  6. Coffs Harbour Freemasons Association – R1/D52à$5,000 - CanDo Cancer Trust (annual Rottnest Channel Swim)
     Assisting cancer patients attending Coffs Harbour cancer Institute who are having difficulty meeting their financial requirements;
  7. Lodge Woronora No 414 – R3/D35 à $5,000 - Down Syndrome NSW
     Assist Down Syndrome NSW in giving support to people with down syndrome, their parents and carers;

  8. Lodge Young Burrangong No20 – R10/D106 à 1,500 -  Assist Young District Hospital 
    New dental clinic purchase an oxygen mixer unit;

  9. Tweed Valley Masonic Welfare Association – R1/D57 à$1,000 - Westpac Rescue Helicopter Northern District
    The rescue helicopter service provides emergency rescue coverage for 40.000 square kilometers, providing the only means of accessing patients to higher levels of medical care;

  10. Lodge Resurgo No 223 – R2/D32 à 3,000 - Rural Fire Service North Rocks (Hills Shire)
     Enhance the training needs of crews and new volunteers enabling improved response times and effecting outcomes when responding to emergency callouts from the community.
